At Accenture I was lead designer of a team that developed and produced creative assets for various clients. I built out design systems, creative briefs, delivery standards, and mini brand identities for different internal organizations and stakeholders. I worked on various projects that included presentation, logos, internal sites, booklets, playbooks, white-papers, illustrations, iconography, and more.
I collaborated with clients to bring their vision to life. Workshopping with VPs, often acting as an Art Director, I built trust resulting in multiple returning customers and contract extensions. I coached junior designers on the team to support with professional growth and implemented Open Office hours for further collaboration.
